Need to Cancel?
What You Need to Know
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to accommodate your needs. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, we will gladly work to reschedule at your convenience. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur an administration fee.
Running Late?
Be Considerate
If you arrive late for your appointment without prior notification, we may not be able to provide the full allocated time, as we strive to avoid unnecessary delays for our other clients.
In the event that you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notification and fail to attend, the deposit will not be refunded.
